The 25.5-inch wide ring base is made of 3/4-inch high-test steel tubing, with four welded rectangular steel cross-bars measuring 1 inch by 1/2 inch. It also comes equipped with eight pre-installed glides, ensuring a stable and smooth foundation.

The 10.25-inch square flat profile swivel plate is outfitted with 65 3/8-inch ball bearings, providing a smooth and effortless swiveling mechanism. The mounting holes for attaching the swivel to the underside of the chair measure 8 inches by 8 inches and are rectangular in shape, approximately 1/4 inch by 3/8 inch.

The overall height of the assembly, including the installed glides and swivel, is 1.75 inches. The product is finished with a durable black powder-coat paint.
